    Brick Rider
    A few years ago I was invited on a trip to France to see the cobbled roads of Paris Roubaix. I stood at the entrance to the Arenberg Forest, looking down the 2.4km road that sliced through the trees, and thought, "I'm not walking in there, I’ll get hurt.” The Arenberg Forest is probably the most famous section of cobbles in cycling because it's the most torn up pile of bricks, laid out in a semi straight line, to form something the French call a road.
