Big Fish Madness "Winner's List" is unofficial until all winners have proven proof of eligibility and met criteria for all contest rules. All winners must have their eligibility verified by the contest administrator ePrize, LLC in order to receive their prize. Grand, First, Second and Third Prize winners must also sign and return to ePrize a fully executed Affidavit of Eligibility in order to receive their prize.
