By submitting photos and/or video you understand and agree to the following: that a photos and/or video submission does not guarantee that the photos and/or video will appear on VERSUS.com site. You certify that you are the author or sole owner of the material you are submitting to VERSUS.com and the photos and/or video that you are submitting does not infringe on anyone else's rights. You grant VERSUS the unrestricted, unlimited right and permission to use, reproduce, copyright, publish, publish to the Internet, and exhibit in any form and manner whatsoever your likeness on VERSUS.com and all ancillary and subsidiary uses thereof and all advertising and publicity therefore without restriction to the date of use. By submitting the photos and/or video you agree that all people in the picture are aware of the use on this site and all agree to it's posting if used. VERSUS and its licensees may reproduce, distribute, publish, display, edit, modify, create derivative works and otherwise use the material for any purpose in any form and on any media. You hereby waive any and all rights you may have to inspect or approve any of the finished or unfinished photographs. By submission of the photos and/or video you hereby agree not to assert or participate in any claim or lawsuit of any nature whatsoever against VERSUS, its successors, distributors, licensees, parents, assigns, related parties or against anyone relating to the exercise of the permissions granted hereunder. I agree to indemnify VERSUS for all damages and expenses that may be incurred in connection with the material. You are at least eighteen (18) years of age and otherwise meet the age of majority requirements in your State.
